We hold a range of classes to suit all abilities in our studio. Numbers are limited to 12 ladies so that everyone gets some personal attention!

Ladies tend to get good results from classes as they naturally enjoy training in groups and love having a good chat at the same time as toning up! A great excuse for ‘a girls night out’ three times a week!

09:15 – 10:15 GROUP GYM TRAINING

A perfect way to learn how to use our gym facilities.

THURSDAY

09:15 – 10:15 CORE AND FLOOR

Lots of floor work designed to tone core, thighs, butt’s and other bit’s!

18:15 – 19:15 BOX FITNESS

Action packed cardio class, bring your own gloves if you have any!

19:30 – 21:00 ASHTANGA YOGA

Gently stretch your whole body so everything is right with the world once more!

SATURDAY

08:30 – 09:30 MIXED GROUP KICKBOXING

(N.B. Fees for these classes are payable direct to your Instructor and are not included in membership)

We are always looking to add more classes to our timetable! If there is a specific class you would like to see appear on the regular timetable please let us know! We will do our very best to make it happen for you!
